Capacity and flexibility
The two new 5-axis C42 milling machines are integrated into a single Hermle RS2 robot system, which automatically loads and changes workpieces. This allows both machines to operate unattended, contributing to higher productivity, shorter lead times and more efficient use of production capacity.
The two new Hermle C42 milling machines replace an existing Hermle C42 with a pallet changing station and a standard Hermle C42. Both machines will be relocated to Tramper Technology's second production facility in Somerset West, South Africa.
With this investment, Tramper Technology reaffirms its commitment to continuously investing in modern manufacturing technologies and supporting the company's further international growth.
