The form only asks for details needed to provide you with a service. Examples include your name, e-mail address, telephone number and subject.

Job applications

When you send us an e-mail about a vacancy or when you send us an unsolicited job application, your details are saved for as long as is needed for the application process. The details we ask you to provide are needed in order to find out if you are a suitable candidate for the job. Examples include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, CV and accompanying letter.

Access to the CRM database that contains the contact details is technically and organisationally protected so that only people with the correct level of authority have access to your details. We do not disclose personal details to other parties (third parties) unless we have to in order to report a criminal offence.
